$SP.00) should take beating here for Luke Fernie. He ran over 2200m here two weeks ago where he got a fair way off the speed but I thought he worked home quite well in defeat when fourth to Weeraechoux. If he can settle closer in the run, be effective late, he can take this out.

$SP.00) is a mare in a purple patch and has to be given respect. Her last couple of runs have come over 2200m here, winning two back before running third in the Weeraechoux race from a fortnight back. 2400m is fine and is one of the key threats.

$SP.00) is on the back up after racing at Albany last Friday where he found a heavy track and just couldn’t quite get involved on the testing surface. Firmer deck, he can pinch a first four spot at a price.

$SP.00) on top but not really a race I want to get involved in. He hasn’t raced since Magic Millions Day at Pinjarra on Feb 15 when near the speed and tried hard but just couldn’t quite see it through behind Capre Omnia. Tick over trial was good, ideal racing style and a short course specialist.

$SP.00) is three weeks between runs since racing over this track/distance when getting the sweet sit in transit just off the speed before angling clear and she knuckled down in the straight, looming to win, but just found one better in Sinful Living. Commands respect against these.

$SP.00) is a Tim Taylor trained gelding that resumes. He had a three run Spring prep where he was pretty plain each time he stepped out. Been given a good break and his trial work has been encouraging so I say watch betting.

$SP.00) on top for me. Trevor Andrews trained gelding that resumes after a three run Spring prep. He won his opening two runs before going to the Placid Ark when far from disgraced in defeat. Given a good break and his trial work to get ready has been quite good to my eye. Keen to see how he goes.

Team Williams trained mare that ran two weeks ago over this track/distance when on the seven day back up and for mine, she just didn’t handle that set up so forgive and forget the run. Her prior efforts were strong and yes, PIke chooses the stablemate, but I think this girl can bounce back into the winners list.

$SP.00) is third up from a spell and should just about be at peak fitness after racing over 1400m here a fortnight back where she was a had watch for those that were on. But at the same time, she wasn’t exactly bolting for clear air. But, the good lead is that Pike steers.

$SP.00) should appreciate getting to the mile after racing over 1400m here two weeks back where he was wide with cover throughout and tried hard but just couldn’t quite finish his race off and just whacked in the run to the line. 1600m suits and he strikes a winnable race.

$SP.00) comes here with fresh legs for Team Casey, having not raced since the WA Magic Millions at Pinjarra when leading throughout and he didn’t give his rivals a look in to win quite impressively. The break between runs say he may need this en route to the Karrakatta but with his racing style, he’ll give himself every chance.

$SP.00) is four weeks between runs for Luke Fernie since a win over 1000m here, leading throughout and he had enough to win, just. More depth here, but a good racing style and a tick over trial win last week at Belmont was sharp.

$SP.00) looks a good filly for Trevor Andrews and off the first up win, she’s clearly the one to beat here. She resumed with a bang two weeks ago in the Supremacy, giving them a start and a beating in an electric performance, running good time. Good upside to come and is the one to beat for mine.

$SP.00) ran second to Luana Miss in the Supremacy and I think she’s an improver. She was quite keen on speed and I reckon that took something away from her finale. Has that run under the belt so with better racing manners, she appeals against this lot.

$SP.00) is one I can entertain for wider exotics. She ran over 1200m at Belmont at the midweeks last time when off speed and kept chasing in the straight in a good performance in defeat behind Good As Hell. Back to 1100m is fine, she’ll be strong late…first four threat.

He looked in awful trouble when held up behind them but he managed to get clear air and savaged the line to win superbly. He looks a potential star for the local brigade so for mine, he’s the top seed in this race.

$SP.00) is a beauty for Rhys Radford that resumes. He hasn’t raced since the Gold Rush behind Western Empire when back off the speed and just whacked to the line late. He looks to have trialled up well for the return, should press forward and only run well.

$SP.00) is racing like a rise to 1400m will suit after recent outings at 1200m. Latest run was a fortnight back when just off the speed and he was there to win but just couldn’t quite finish the job behind Siberian Siren. 1400m should be fine and with that, commands respect.

$SP.00) is three weeks between runs since contesting the Grandstand Cup when outclassed on paper but was far from disgraced in defeat behind Watch Me Rock. Back to 1400m is no issue and that form does appear to read well for this kind of race.
