AITA reappoints Mr Rohit Rajpal as the Davis Cup captain

The All India Tennis Association (AITA) today announced the reappointment of Mr. Rohit
Rajpal as Captain and Mr. Ashutosh Singh as Coach of the Indian Davis Cup team till 31st
December, 2026.

India will host the Netherlands in the Davis Cup 2026 Qualifiers in February 2026, as per
the draw announced by the International Tennis Federation (ITF). The tie is scheduled
to be played either 6–7 February or 7–8 February 2026, with the venue and surface to be
confirmed in due course.

Mr. Rajpal have been part of the Indian Davis Cup set-up for several previous ties, and
will once again lead the team in this important home fixture, along with other Davis Cup
commitments during his tenure.

Further details, including the venue, surface and Indian team nominations, will be shared
by AITA in due course.
