The Blues face Djurgarden next, taking on opponents who have made a mixed start to the season in Swedish top flight the Allsvenskan.
Djurgarden reached the final four in dramatic style, overcoming a first-leg deficit to go through after extra time of their return match at Rapid Vienna.

When is Chelsea vs Djurgarden in the Conference League?
The first leg of Chelsea’s Conference League semi-final will take place at Stockholm’s 3Arena on Thursday, May 1 at 20:00 BST.
The second leg will be held at Stamford Bridge on Thursday, May 8 at 20:00 BST.
Djurgarden came through six qualifying matches to reach the competition proper before winning the latter four of their six league phase games to advance to the last 16 automatically.
They also overcame a first-leg defeat at Cypriot team Pafos to secure a quarter-final spot.

As well as Chelsea and Djurgarden, the semi-final line-up features Spanish side Real Betis and Italian club Fiorentina.
La Viola have reached the final twice, losing 1-0 to Olympiacos after extra time in 2023/24 and 2-1 to West Ham – who scored a 90th-minute winner – the previous season.

Conference League semi finals: TV channels
Every semi-final match will be shown live on TNT Sports. The first leg of Chelsea vs Djurgarden will be on TNT Sports 4, with the first match between Fiorentina and Betis on TNT Sports 5.
Channels for the second legs were to be confirmed on April 28.

Conference League final 2025: When is this season’s showpiece?
The 2025 Conference League final will take place on Wednesday, May 28 at 20:00 BST. The final is at the Stadion Wroclaw in Poland, which is home to two-time Polish champions Slask Wroclaw and has a capacity of more than 40,000.
Opened in September 2011, the stadium hosted three games during Euro 2012 and has been used for internationals by Poland.
