2025 Queen Of The Turf Runner Preview:

1. Fangirl: Fangirl has to be given serious respect. She was enormous in the George Ryder, and was one of the runs of the day given she was wide no cover throughout yet kept finding, just missing out on the win. Brilliant set up here on paper and is the best horse in the race.

2. Stefi Magnetica: Race shape was perfect for her in the Doncaster and it allowed her late change up speed to come to the fore. Different set up here. But, she is on the back up and hard fit, so in that regard, she has to be respected.

3. Atishu: Atishu is back for redemption after last year, where she was given an all time slaughter by Shinn and should have won comfortably. She comes through the Australian Cup, a brutally run race, where she was as game as ever in defeat, but just didn’t quite see it out. Back to the mile, back to Mares grade, she’s the one for me.

4. Amelia’s Jewel: Just not sure what they are doing with her. Five weeks between runs since the Coolmore Classic where she seemed to have every chance but was very much on the one paced side. Did work between races recently but this is an odd set up and I am just not sure how well she’s going

5. Lekvarte: Was she lucky to win the Emancipation? Perhaps. But, she was one of only a couple to come right out wide, swoop and win. She loves the Randwick mile…but not for me against these.

6. Grinzinger Belle: Grinzinger Belle did have the pattern in her corner when bolting up in the Sunline at The Valley but even allowing for that, she did run her rivals ragged and was strong to the line in winning. She’ll land on speed here and she is a mare who will just keep chipping away. One for exotics.

7. Coeur Volante: Solid enough in the Emancipation but I don’t think she is up to these.

8. Jennilala: SCR

9. Our Gold Hope: Gee I reckon she is flying and running out of her skin. 2000m back to the Randwick mile is a big tick…just not sure she has the class.

10. Sounds Of Heaven: Solid effort in the Epona but did have her chance and is not quite up to these.

11. Quickster: Solid enough at Caulfield fresh and the stable rarely misfire when they come to Sydney. If there is one that is a blowout at $51+, it could be this girl. Can entertain her.

12. Lazzura: Gee it was a tough watch in the Emancipation. She should have won but had zero luck in the straight when seemingly bolting. I reckon they’ll chance their arm and land on speed. From there, I think she only runs well.

13. Another Prophet: Good effort against the Mares last time in the Sunline but just not sure she is up to this class of race.

2025 Queen Of The Turf $100 Betting Strategy:

$100 Win Atishu at $6.50.

Group l Strategy Outlay: $5750
Group l Strategy Return: $3504.50

2025 Queen Of The Turf Speed Map

Looks to be pretty straight forward here with Grinzinger Belle leading and rolling along in front, like she did in the Sunline at The Valley. Drawn wide and down in the weights…do they roll the dice with Lazzura and press forward?
